Unfortunately on a January Saturday with a foot of falling snow, my furnace went out. Bob and I were both snowed in, but he talked me through ways to keep my house warm. He came Sunday to inspect the damage. Unfortunately as I had feared due to the smoke coming out of my outside vent, the entire furnace needed replaced. Bob showed me exactly what was wrong with a video scope inside the furnace and told me how much the replacement would cost. He also offered me space heaters, but fortunately I already had two and a gas fireplace. On Tuesday, his employee James came and replaced the furnace and I was relieved to have heat again. They were both very courteous and helpful and I would definitely use them again. I had also used Bob several years ago to replace an air conditioner.

Our air conditioner wasn’t putting out enough cold air to turn thermostat off. I called Bob Bergen to ask a few routine questions such as: How much was a service call?, When could he come out?, and Was there anything I could try to maybe fix myself or help me help him diagnose my trouble? He gave me a couple suggestions to try. He was dead on with his suggestions. I called him back told him what I discovered and we scheduled Bob to come out the next day in between 10 am and noon. He showed up at 9am and was out of here by 10 am. He charged me exactly what he said the price was probably going to be if that was the only problem. I am very satisfied with Bob Bergen/ his team and would recommend him to anyone. He will always receive my business.

I called out Bob Bergen Heating & Air Conditioning and 2 men came out one older and one younger and with then a few minutes they solve and fix the problems. I would tell any friend to call them because they are honest and reasonable.

They cleaned the outside AC unit, checked the charge in the system, and replumed the PVC drain for the AC coil unit attached to the furnace quickly, completely, and for only $140! I already have additional work going their way, just waiting for it to get scheduled. Very satisfied.
